Welcome to Middleton Stables!

Middleton Stables is proudly owned by Matt and Vannessa Middleton, who purchased the property in August 2026, formerly known as Dawson Pointe Stables. Having managed Dawson Pointe Stables since its inception in 2017, Matt and Vannessa have been part of the property’s journey from the very beginning. Now, as owners, they are excited to begin this new chapter and continue building a place where horses and the people who love them can feel at home.

For Vannessa, horses have been a lifelong passion. Her journey in the equestrian world began in childhood, growing up with Arabians and Saddlebreds and participating in 4-H before progressing to rated breed shows. Through years of hands-on experience, she developed a deep appreciation for the beauty, versatility, and individuality of each horse. One of the most special parts of her journey was breeding and raising two National Show Horses out of her very first heart horse, Take My Heart, affectionately known as Molly.

Together, Matt and Vannessa are excited to carry that passion forward at Middleton Stables. We believe that a stable is more than just a place to keep horses — it is a community built on trust, dedication, respect, and a shared love for these incredible animals.

As we continue this new chapter, our goal is to make Middleton Stables a place where horses are valued, equestrians feel welcome, and lasting memories are made. We look forward to getting to know our equestrian community and sharing our love of horses with everyone who becomes part of the Middleton Stables family.

Welcome to Middleton Stables. We’re glad you’re here!
