Welcome to Middleton Stables, where a lifelong love of horses meets a passion for providing a welcoming, quality boarding experience.
Vannessa has been part of the horse industry since childhood. She grew up showing Arabians, National Show Horses, and Saddlebreds, building a deep appreciation for the horse world and the special bond between horse and rider.
Matt and Vannessa are more than partners in the barn — they’re middle school sweethearts! Together, they have managed and operated Dawson Pointe Stables since it opened in 2017. After years of caring for the facility, its horses, and its community, they were thrilled to officially purchase the stable in August 2026 and begin its next chapter as Middleton Stables.
We are excited to carry forward the legacy that began here while creating a barn that feels like home for both horses and their people. Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment where horses are well cared for and owners can feel confident knowing their horses are in good hands.
